The home buying process can be stressful and difficult, and may not always be the same for every purchase made. We will navigate you thorough the transaction from start to finish! In order to represent you fully and with the level of service you deserve, below is a list of expectations we have from the clients we work for:

PRE-APPROVAL

Prior to researching and analyzing properties for you, we will need to know where to begin our search. We request that before we meet, you have secured a pre-approval from a mortgage lender so that we both know we are looking at properties that are in a comfortable price range for you.

FULL DISCLOSURE

We do request that all clients are honest and frank with us about their lives pertaining to their purchase.  We need to know your expected time frame, your lifestyle, what your needs and wants are in a property. Make a list of things that are important to you in a home or neighborhood. Do you have pets? Do you need to be closer to the ocean or closer to your place of work? Do you require a garage? How many bathrooms do you need?  What are your must haves and deal breakers? This will help us to narrow down the search to the areas of the beach, neighborhoods, and properties that you will definitely want to see!

BUYERS AGENCY AGREEMENT

Once a prospective client has met with us and is aware of what to expect from us as their agent, we do ask that our clients have a buyer’s agency agreement with us. This agreement insures that the buyer has secured our services exclusively as knowledgeable experienced real estate brokers.
