North Beach Plantation

North Beach Plantation will be unlike any resort the Grand Strand has ever seen! This spectacular 60 acre resort will feature two extravagant oceanfront towers, many five story villas with marsh and ocean views, two individual single family home neighborhoods, as well as fantastic live/work condos above the retail shopping, dining, and offices that will be located within North Beach Plantation.

The Towers

The signature of North Beach Plantation, these truly majestic 18-story towers are joined by bridges on the 14th and 3rd floors. The Plantation House at North Beach Plantation

This will be the nucleus for all of North Beach Plantation. Resort guests will make the Plantation House their first stop and full concierge services will be available. There will also be several conference facilities, a central courtyard/garden, and the spa and fitness center will be located here.

Ocean Front Water Park

This ocean front area will offer residents and guests the opportunity to enjoy multiple pools, swim up bars, a lazy river, lots of sun deck space, fountains, private cabanas, and a spa.

The Spa at North Beach

The Spa at North Beach is going to be a one of a kind experience in the Myrtle Beach area. It will offer traditional services such as massages, facial care, body rituals, hydrotherapy, special treatments for men, couples, and mothers-to-be.
